- A Manchester woman encountered a stranger holding a knife in her basement, prompting a burglary incident on Wilson Street. Police say that after the victim opened the door to her basement and discovered 50-year-old Joshua Converse, she quickly closed the door, but Converse reopened it and lunged at her with the knife before fleeing. The woman avoided being stabbed, and her uncle pursued Converse through the neighborhood until the suspect was eventually apprehended by the police. (WMUR)
