  2. On Thursday, May 4, 48-year-old Crystal Tejeda Soto and 44-year-old Audrey Rackliff, who won an appeal to the New Hampshire Supreme Court earlier this month without an attorney, reached agreements with their landlord, ARAA West Side Holdings of Chester, in the 9th Circuit Court District Division in Manchester.
