2 Nashua Men Charged with Pot Possession

Merrimack police have arrested two Nashua men and charged them with possession of a marijuana.

Police said Cameron J. Garofalo, of 58 Amherst St., and Cody McCulock, 22, of 57 Caldwell Road, Nashua, have a court date of April 22 to answer to the charges.

The charges stem from a car stop, for possible motor vehicle infraction, shortly after midnight on April 5.

Officers said observations of possible drug use were made upon speaking with the occupants and, upon further investigation, found the two men with a small amount of marijuana.
