A suspicious male near cars is reported on Henry Clay Drive. Someone reports they found a social security card. Police help someone return weapons. Police assist with an ambulance call. Police respond to a complaint against a neighbor on Carter Road. A vehicle accident involving property damage but no injuries is reported around 5:34 p.m. Police assist after a report of bank fraud on Joppa Road.
