3. Colorado makes Election Night history. New Hampshire wasn't the only one to make legislative history on Tuesday night. Colorado voters elected to legalize marijuana in a ballot question. The move to legalize this drug will likely take several more months to determine the rules and rammifications aound the decision.

4. ICYMI. During the peak of the evening commute on Tuesday, New Hampshire Police were dealing with 9 car accidents involving 23 cars in Nashua, Manchester and Windham. Thought your commute took quite a bit longer Tuesday evening? That may be why.

5. Weather watch.

  • Today: A chance of snow before 3 p.m., then rain likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 40. North wind 9 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
  • Tonight: Rain and snow before 1 a.m., then snow between 1 and 5 a.m., then rain and snow after 5am. Patchy fog before 11pm. Low around 32. North wind 13 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 38 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
