5 Things: Share Thoughts on Grater Woods Plan
Merrimack Conservation Commission stewardship plan is nearing completion and they want your feedback before final approval.

1. Share your thoughts. The Merrimack Conservation Commission is nearing the end of a stewardship plan for Grater Woods that it has been working on with the now-disbanded Grater Woods Sub-Committee. Now they want some help from the public to share their thoughts on the plan before it is submitted to the Town Council for approval. The plan is posted on the Town website as well as on MCC's Merrimack Outdoors page. Check it out and share your feedback at the commission's April 1 meeting or submit it to merrimackoutdoors@merrimacknh.gov.
2. New Facebook feature. Facebook pages have a new feature that helps foster conversation among commenters on thread – a reply button. Now, when someone comments on a post, other commenters can share their own thoughts on the post as usual, or respond to a comment above by clicking reply. We think this will really help streamline conversation there. Check it out when you visit Merrimack Patch on Facebook. (Make sure to "like" us if you haven't already!)
3. Planning board meets. The Planning Board will meet tonight to make up the March 18 meeting that was post-poned due to snow. On the agenda is a review for consideration of final Approval of an application proposing to construct a 20,000-square-foot warehouse building located at 35 Railroad Ave. They will also discuss a handful of subdivision applications. Get the full agenda here. Meeting starts at 7:30 p.m in the Matthew Thornton Room at Town Hall.
