6 Teens Arrested in 2 Drug-Related Incidents
The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Four teenage boys were arrested on Wednesday, two of them juveniles, on drug and trespassing charges in an alleged drug sale police say occurred in the driveway of a home in town.
Merrimack Police arrested Michael McCusker, 18, of 3 Donald St., Auburn, and Brandon Comtois, 17, of 35 Fairway Drive, Merrimack, as well as two unnamed juveniles after a caller on Halloween reported that they believed they'd witnessed a drug transaction take place in a car in a driveway, police said.
The caller provided police a description of the vehicle and the direction of travel, which police encountered and stopped. Police say McCusker and a male juvenile passenger were in possession of a small amount of marijuana and both were arrested at the scene. McKusker was charged with possession of marijuana and transportation of marijuana.

Based on the report from the caller and what what was found in the car, police say they applied for a search warrant that they executed at the home where the alleged drug sale took place.
At the house, police say they encountered Comtois, who the owner of the house said has been repeatedly told to keep off the property. Comtois was arrested for criminal trespass, police said.

Police said they searched the house and recovered a small amount of marijuana. They arrested a second juvenile on a charge of sale of marijuana.
McKusker and Comtois were each released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Nov. 20. The juveniles' cases will be forwarded to the criminal bureau where the juvenile detective will bring the cases forward.
On Oct. 26, Alexander Caradonna, 19, of 51 Cota Road Merrimack, and Caleb Newton, 17, of the same address, were arrested on marijuana possession charges when police stopped their car for traveling on Daniel Webster Highway without its lights on.
Police say the officer could smell burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle and arrested the pair, charging them each with possession of a controlled drug. Caradonna was also charged with transportation of a controlled drug.
Each was released on personal recognizance bail – $1,000 for Caradonna and $750 for Newton. They were both ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Nov. 6.
