Are Tolls a Good Way to Finance Roads?

Wait until next year. Four words people tired of toll gates in Merrimack didn't want to hear. Legislative efforts to remove tolls at Exit 12 on the F.E. Everett Turnpike were delayed in committee, as lawmakers want to look at it in the scope of turnpike improvements across the board.
