Body Recovered In Merrimack River Identified As Missing Manchester Man
Jorge Santiago Martinez was last seen in Manchester walking across the Granite St Bridge on June 8. The death doesn't appear suspicious.

MERRIMACK, NH — The body of a man found in the Merrimack River by hunters has been identified as a man who went missing in Manchester in June.
The body was recovered in Merrimack on Oct. 26 and was brought to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Concord for identification. Utilizing dental records to confirm the identity, the person was positively identified as Jorge Santiago Martinez of Manchester.
Martinez was last seen in the early morning hours on June 8, walking west on the Granite Street Bridge in Manchester. His family, according to police, had contact with him the night before.

Based on the investigation by New Hampshire Marine Patrol, Merrimack police, and the New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit, the death does not appear to be suspicious.
