4:04 p.m.: Arrested Robert Cutter, 24, of 21 Douglas St., Merrimack, on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and forgery,
5:07 p.m.: Investigated a theft reported on Shore Drive.
5:11 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on East Ridge Road. Drivers were Maria Duquette and Zackery Goulet, both of Merrimack.
