7:15 a.m.: Report of damage to a mailbox caused by a motor vehicle on Level Street.
12:01 p.m.: Assisted on McElwain Street with a student refusing to get off the bus.
5:06 p.m.: A Seaverns Bridge Road resident reported fraud in the form of bad checks.

5:08 p.m.: Responded to Woodward Road for a motor vehicle accident with unknown injury. Driver was Arthur Dias of Merrimack. He was transported to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.
10:32 p.m.: Report of a vehicles with windows smashed on Cota Road.

6:53 a.m.: Responded with the fire department to a reported odor of gas where and accident had occurred at Greeley Street and the Everett Turnpike.
10:18 a.m.: Responded to East Ridge Road for a report of an unknown subject in a house.
11:50 a.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a report of damage to a drive-thru.
7:53 p.m.: Arrested Samuel T. Martin, 24, of 81 Indian Rock Road, Merrimack, for driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.
8:06 p.m.: Responded to Peaslee Road for a single-car accident with a fixed object. Driver was Barry Sturk of Merrimack.
11:51 p.m.: Checked on a couple walking with a young child on London Court.
