Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013
- 12:49 a.m.: Arrested Randy Luffman, 24, of 31339 Old City Road, Salisbury, Md., on two counts of felony-level theft by unauthorized taking, one misdemeanor count of theft by unauthorized taking, prowling and criminal trespassing.
- 12:49 a.m.: Arrested Eric McGonagle, 25, of 162 Back River Road, Bedford, on two counts of felony-level theft by unauthorized taking, one misdemeanor count of theft by unauthorized taking, prowling and criminal trespassing.
- 8:03 a.m.: Damage reported to a motor vehicle on Walnut Circle.
- 10:37 a.m.: Called to Pinehaven Drive to help resolve a dispute between neighbors.
- 2:23 p.m.: Report of people pulling up the flowers on Continental Boulevard.
- 3:17 p.m.: Report of vandalism to a vehicle on Fairway Drive.
- 4:56 p.m.: Loud music complaint on Peaslee Road.
- 5:17 p.m.: Reported bear sighting on Continental Boulevard. Caller advises people are stopping to watch.
- 6:26 p.m.: Report of kids with fireworks on Tamworth Lane.
- 10:08 p.m.: Fireworks complaint on Derry Street.

- 12:22 a.m.: Arrested Richard D. Glynn, 54, of 361 Tyngsborough Road, Dracut, Mass., on charges of operating after suspension, a second offense, and operating without proof of financial responsibility.
- 10:53 a.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a two-car accident. Drivers were Theresa Cummins of Nashua and Christopher Dowling of Merrimack.
- 11:47 a.m.: Reported theft from a motor vehicle on Route 101A.
- 8:03 p.m.: Complaint of a person in the road on Back River Road at the entrance to Bradford Woods.
