8:49 a.m.: Responded to a complaint of a tree service at a private property on Patten Road without owner's permission.

10:06 a.m.: Report of an injured or sick skunk in the roadway on Sarah Drive.
12:49 p.m.: Information was given regarding a stolen iPod on Sarah Drive.

2:55 p.m.: Responded to the Merrimack Transfer Station on Fearon Road in regard to air conditioning units taken from there.
10:39 p.m.: Responded to Shelburne Road for a noise complaint.
11:29 p.m.: Responded to Shelburne Road for a report of a noise complaint.
Monday, Oct. 15, 2012
10:57 a.m.: Responded to Continental Boulevard and Camp Sargent Road for an injured deer.
12:45 p.m.: Arrested Margot Howard, 48, of 79 Groton Road, Pepperell, on an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear.
2:27 p.m.: Responded to Baboosic Lake Road for a report of a a child not being properly restraind.
3:10 p.m.: Assisted a car accident on the F.E. Everett Turnpike nooo
4:20 p.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway to help resolve a dispute over a cab fare.
6:30 p.m.: Ivy Drive resident reports fraud in the form of a bad check
7:50 p.m.: Responded to McQuestion Road at Wilson Hill Road for a two-car crash that also involved a deer. No injury was reported. Drivers were Jacob Schofield of Merrimack and Richard Elder of Bedford.
8:06 p.m.: Responded to Thornton West Road for a report of a burglary.
Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012
5:22 a.m.: Responded to Naticook Road at Amherst Road to check on a vehicle into the woods. Driver was Ashok Yalamanchili.
12:37 a.m.: , on charges of criminal threateneing and resisting arrest.
2:16 p.m.: Arrested Coery Belmore, 23, of 2 Parker Drive, Merrimack, for operating after suspension and on four, unspecified electronic bench warrants.
5:13 p.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway at East Chamberlain Road for a two-car accident. Drivers were Christina Kilcline of Claremont and Brielle Petrie Merrimack. Kilcline was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
5:41 p.m.: Responded to McElwain Street for a minot motor vehicle accident. Drivers were Matthew Donovan and David Perkins, both of Merrimack.
6:55 p.m.: A bear was spotted on Small Lane heading toward Belmont Street.
