Disc Golf Coming to Wasserman Park

$1,100 of the $14,000 needed to construct the park has been raised, so far.

MERRIMACK, NH - Disc Golf is one of the fastest growing sports in America, especially among youth and children. It is a form of passive recreation that is low-cost and accessible to everyone, regardless of age and ability.

Plans are in the works to build a Disc Golf course at Wasserman Park in the wooded area behind the visitor parking lot and behind the new Dog Park that will be coming to Wasserman Park this spring. The project has already been given the greenlight from the Merrimack Town Council.

The completion of the Wasserman Park Disc Golf Course will bring a new level of enjoyment to the local community as well as participants at Naticook Day Camp, while boosting Disc Golf "tourism" in southern New Hampshire.
