Father and Son Indicted on Drug Sale Charges
Court documents allege pair sold oxycodone pills to confidential informant.

A Merrimack father and son were indicted by a Hillsborough County grand jury this month on charges of sale of a controlled stemming back to December.
According to court records, Daniel Bronson, 55, of 95 Belmont Drive, Merrimack, on Dec. 29 sold three oxycodone pills, for $105, or $35 per pill, to a confidential informant working with the Merrimack Police Department. His charge is considered an unclassified felony with a sentence of up to 3 ½ to 7 years in prison and up to $100,000 in fines.
The indictments sent by Hillsborough County Superior Court South indicate Taylor Bronson, 25, also of 95 Belmont Drive, was indicted on two counts of sale of a controlled drug. According to court documents, the younger Bronson sold two oxycodone pills to a confidential informant on Dec. 4 and two more on Dec. 19, for a total of $70 each time. His charge is also an unclassified felony with a sentence of up to 3 ½ to 7 years in prison and up to $100,000 in fines.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but rather a grand jury's finding that there is enough evidence to move forward toward a trial.
