Joy and Midnight Looking for a Home to Settle Down

Meet this week's pets of the week for the Humane Society for Greater Nashua.

Joy

Hey it’s me, Joy! I’m a bouncy, excited girl who can’t wait to meet you! I’m a four-year-old hound who came to the shelter all the way from Alabama to find my new home. Even though I can be high energy, I settle nicely and love nothing more than a good cuddle. I’m your typical hound who will follow my nose, and would really love to bond with my new family at a training class. I’m eager to learn and this will be a good outlet for my energy too.  Due to the fact that I get excited, I need a family with older children who can keep up with me. I promise I’ll be just an all-around bundle of fun pup, who will then settle in for a good cuddle with you at the end of the day- does it get any better than that?! Don’t forget, all new adopters receive a free first visit to your choice of 16 area vets.

Midnight

I’m an 8-year-old girl who is just more mature than some of the other young kitties here! That means that I am calm and easy going, and would really appreciate a quiet home where I can have a comfy bed to spend my days in. The staff here knows that once I’m with my new family I’ll blossom into a wonderful cat, it’s just hard to stand out here with all of the other pets. I’m a sweet girl who would prefer older children and adults to the hustle and bustle that young kids bring. You can find me at the shelter sleeping in my favorite bed in the cubby of the Girl’s Suite and I know you’ll be glad you did! Come meet us at The Humane Society for Greater Nashua at 24 Ferry Road in Nashua, NH. Like all the pets at HSFN I am spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on all vaccines.
