Hi everyone! I came into HSFN when my family got another pet at home, which I did not appreciate. I’m looking for a home where I can be the only pet and you’ll see that I’m such a spunky and entertaining companion that I’m worth it! Once we’re family I’ll show you what a devoted kitty I am. I need a quiet home with adults only – I prefer to live life without too much action around me. I’ve really started to come out of my shell at the shelter and you can find me in the office purring and rubbing up against visitors. Looking for a snuggle bug to keep you warm now that the weather is getting colder? Well here I am! I’m a 5-year-old mellow Shepherd mix who is looking for someone to love. I love all people that I meet, but since I’m such a big girl I would do best in a home with older children and adults only. I know how special I am, and because of that need to be the only pet in your home so that I don’t have to share my people with anyone else. I’m stressed out in the shelter, but once you take a moment to meet me you’ll see what a sweet, affectionate girl I am. Cuddling is one of my favorite things, but I still have lots of spring in my step to go on walks and adventures too. Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday noon to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The shelter is closed every Wednesday.
