Man Arrested for Stealing Money From Employer
Police say a Milford man was skimming money from the register.

A Milford man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly skimming money from the cash registers at O'Reilly Auto on Route 101A.
Brandon E. Fowler, 27, of 99 Powers St., Milford, was arrested on May 7 on a warrant for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.
Merrimack Police say they began an investigation on Monday, May 6, after being contacted by O'Reilly Auto Parts (formerly VIP Auto Part, Tires and Service) who reported Fowler had been taking money from the store's register during the past two weeks.

According to police, store management had recently discovered numerous cash drawer shortages and further investigation and follow-up with Fowler confirmed he was behind the missing money, which totaled $132.33.
Fowler turned himself in to police on Tuesday and he was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He is due in the 9th Circuit Court, District Division, in Merrimack on June 4.
