Man Arrested for Taking Money But Never Roofing House
The following information was provided by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Nashua man was arrested in Nashua and transferred to Merrimack Police this week where he was wanted on a theft charge stemming from a complaint filed back in July.
Christopher Benoit, 38, of 3 Shedds Ave., Nashua, was charged with theft by deception on Tuesday, Oct. 22.
Police say in July they took a complaint against Benoit regarding a possible theft. According to the resident, they paid Benoit to do a roofing job that was never completed. After failing to respond to police or the homeowners regarding the incomplete job, police issued a warrant for Benoit's arrest.
