Man Charged After Punching Hole in Wall at Ex's House
The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest is not indicative of a conviction.

A Merrimack man was charged with domestic criminal mischief over the weekend for allegedly punching a hole in the bedroom wall of his ex-wife. Robert Perry, 41, of Griffin Street in Merrimack, was arrested Saturday evening around 6 p.m. after allegedly damaging the wall in his ex-wife's Drouin Way home before fleeing in his Jeep Cherokee. Police say they found Perry in his Jeep in a local business parking lot on Continental Boulevard. He was arrested and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to be arraigned on Dec. 17.

Nicholas Wong, 18, of 28 Ellie Drive, Merrimack, was charged on Wednesday, with possession of marijuana and transporting marijuana. Merrimack Police responded to the area of Beebe Lane at 6:50 p.m. for the report of suspicious vehicles parked in the area. On the arrival of police found the two vehicles described and upon speaking to one of the drivers, Wong, found he was in possession small amount of marijuana in his car. Wong was arrested at the scene and three other male juveniles were taken into protective custody. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Jan. 15. The three male juveniles were released to family members.

Samuel Martin, 24, of 81 Indian Rock Road, Merrimack, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and aggravated OUIL. Martin was stopped in his 1993 Audi S4 on Turkey Hill Road by Joppa Road for a motor vehicle infraction around 7:45 on Dec. 13. Police say Martin showed signs of impairment and after a brief investigation, he was arrested for OUIL and charged at the police station also with aggravated OUIL. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Jan. 15.
