Man Charged With Aggravated Sexual Assault In Merrimack
Twenty-six-year-old Noe Issac Moran Contreras of Manchester is charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault in Merrimack.

MERRIMACK, NH — A 26-year-old Manchester man was arrested this week on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault that occurred in Merrimack earlier this month. Noe Issac Moran Contreras was arrested Tuesday. He is charged with sexually assaulting an adult victim in Merrimack on two occasions.
Police say that the adult victim went to the hospital April 3 after being sexually assaulted. There, the victim spoke to police about the incidents, which occurred in a Merrimack home, police say.
Contreras turned himself in to police on Tuesday, after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was held in Hillsborough County jail with no bail until his arraignment, which was scheduled for Wednesday.
Both aggravated felonious sexual assault charges against Contreras are Class A felonies, each carrying a maximum possible sentence of 20 years in prison, in addition to fines.
Arrests do not indicate guilt unless convicted in court.
