Man Charged with Possession of Marijuana
Merrimack police said an officer observed the alleged drug use while serving paperwork.
A Merrimack police officer serving paperwork to 22 Rail Road Ave. ended up charging the homeowner with possession of marijuana May 27.
Police said James McBride, 60, was charged, released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, and has a June 12 court date.
The officer was speaking with McBride when the officer observed drug use and investigated further, according to police.
