Mass. Woman Busted for Allegedly Operating Under the Influence of Drugs

Caitlin Ryan, 22, of 44 Fitchburg Road, apartment No. 435, Townsend, Mass., was arrested May 30 and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, conduct after an accident, and three counts of unlawful possession of prescription medication, according to the Merrimack Police Department.

Police said the charges came after officers responded to the area of 173 Turkey Hill Road for the report of a hit-and-run accident, in which property was damaged.

Officers said they located the operator of the vehicle a short ways from the scene, and field sobriety tests were conducted.
