Merrimack Man Charged for Holding Pair Against Will
The following arrest information was provided by Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Merrimack man was charged with criminal mischief and false imprisonment following a disturbance on Hillcrest Avenue on March 13.
Scott Bonenfant, 44, of 17 Hillcrest Drive, Merrimack, turned himself in to police on March 27 on a warrant issued following a short investigation into the March 13 disturbance.
Police say Bonenfant damaged a car mirror and would not allow the operator of the vehicle and a female passenger leave the area.

He was charged with criminal mischief and two counts of false imprisonment. Bonenfant was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear in Merrimack's district court on April 4 to answer to the charges.

Bridget Krug, 37, of 14 Webster Court, Merrimack, on a charge of criminal trespass. Police say on March 7 they took a report in the police station lobby of a possible criminal trespass situation. Following brief investigation they determined Krug had entered a condo in Webster Court “in defiance of the property owner.” A warrant was issued charging her with two counts of criminal trespass. On March 28, Krug as arrested at her residence and charged on the warrant. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Merrimack's district court April 6.
Nicole D. Belanger, 38, of 78 London Court, Merrimack, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor – driving while intoxicated on March 27. Police say they received a report of an erratic operator on Daniel Webster Highway, headed north toward Wire Road. Police found the vehicle on Wire Road and stopped Belanger, who they say showed signs of impairment. Belanger was given a variety of sobriety tests that police say indicated further that she was intoxicated. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in court on April 2.
Eric Jeffrey, 28, of 1521 Blackstone Drive, Nashua, was charged with stalking when he was arrested on a warrant on March 22. On March 13, Jeffrey allegedly sent a text message to a person he'd been ordered to stay away from as part of his bail from a criminal case out of Nashua's district court. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in Merrimack's district court on March 28.
