Merrimack Man Drove Vehicle At Family Member: Police

Merrimack police said Jason Shroeder was arrested in connection with a January 2017 assault.

MERRIMACK, NH — A Merrimack man was arrested this week and charged with a host of crimes in connection with an assault in January 2017. Jason Shroeder, 40, was was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of domestic violence, criminal threatening and reckless conduct. He was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections pending an arraignment in August in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Merrimack police said the incident happened January 26, 2017.

"Schroeder, during the incident, physically assaulted, verbally threatened and drove a motor vehicle at a family member, which placed them in fear of imminent bodily injury," police said in a statement.
