Merrimack Man Indicted on 10 Year Old Sex Assault Charges
Court records indicate two separate incidents in June 2003.

A Merrimack man was indicted by a Hillsborough County grand jury in October on a pair of sexual assault charges stemming from June of 2003.
Christopher Slayback, 42, of 2 Maple Ridge Road, Apt. 15, Merrimack, was indicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a teen between the ages of 13 and 16 and living in the same household at the time. According to court documents, the alleged assaults occurred on two separate occasions on June 7 and 9, 2003.
The charges constitute an "extended term felony" and could carry a sentence of up to 10-30 years in prison and up to $4,000 in fines for each charge.
An indictment is not a finding of innocence or guilt but rather a grand jury's determination that there is enough evidence to move a case forward to trial.
