A Merrimack man was injured Sunday when the motorcycle he was riding crashed on Wilson Hill Road.
Ronald Hayward, 54, of Harrington Road, was transported to St. Joseph Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries from the mid-morning accident.
Police say Hayward was traveling west on Wilson Hill Road near Old Blood Road where it appears he lost control of the 2006 Triumph motorcycle in a loose patch of gravel.
Police were able to talk to both Hayward and a witness at the scene before Merrimack Ambulance transported him from the scene.
The accident remains under investigation by Officer John Dudash. Anyone with any information about the crash is asked to contact Merrimack Police Department at 424-3774.
