Merrimack police arrested a local man on charges of operating under the influence and having an open container of alcohol June 6.
Police said Jeffrey Labbe, 47, of 11 Acacia St., Merrimack, was stopped at 11:30 p.m. after an officer believed a driver to be operating erratically.
The officer conducted a field sobriety test and placed Labbe under arrest.
