Merrimack Police: Drunk Driver Arrested After Road Rage
Merrimack police said Warren Picard was charged with DWI following a road rage incident on Gauthier Road.

MERRIMACK, NH -- Merrimack police on Wednesday arrested a Manchester man accused of driving drunk and engaging in a road rage incident. Warren Picard (pictured), 55, was charged with a host of crimes. He was released on bond pending an arraignment.
Merrimack Police Lieutenant Matthew Tarleton said officers encountered Picard at about 3:45 p.m. after being called for a road rage incident. Police said Picard had a problem with his vehicle, pulled to the side of the road and hit a car parked in a driveway.
Police said Picard was found with an open container of alcohol in his vehicle. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and an open container violation, among other charges.

Picard will be arraigned October 26 in Merrimack District Court.
