Merrimack Tax Bill Mailing Delayed

State has yet to set the town's tax rate.

Merrimack Town Clerk/Tax Collector Diane Trippett announced on Friday that the end of the year tax bill mailing is going to be delayed. Tax bills are generally sent out on Nov. 1.

According to Trippett, "The town is currently waiting for the tax rate to be set by the Department of Revenue Administration. We do not have an expected release date for bills at this time. Please check the Town’s website at www.merrimacknh.gov for updates as they become available."

Patch will also let you know when the tax rate has been set.
