Merrimack Town Manager Gets Glowing Evaluation

Merrimack Town Manager Eileen Cabanel recently got a positive annual job evaluation and the Town Council commended her on Thursday.

MERRIMACK, NH — Town Manager Eileen Cabanel recently underwent an evaluation of her work performance, and the Town Council was pleased with the work she has done. The council discussed her positive evaluation during Thursday's meeting.

"The Town Council is very happy with the job that you're doing," said Council Vice Chairman Tom Koenig, addressing Cabanel. "The overall approval rating was excellent."

As part of the annual evaluation, each councilor recently had a chance to fill out an evaluation form for Cabanel and some met with her in person to discuss her performance over the past year. Koeing said that due to Cabanel's good performance, he feels she should get the same pay raises as the union employees.

"I think Eileen is one of the top five managers in the state," said Councilor William Boyd.
