Merrimack Woman Arrested Twice in 4 Days
Police say woman breached bail conditions a day after her arrest.

A Merrimack woman arrested on Sunday for domestic-related simple assault and driving while intoxicated, was arrested again Wednesday for breaching her bail conditions, police say.
Sarah Vaskelionis, 30, of Woodridge Road, Merrimack, was arrested March 24 for driving while intoxicated and on a warrant for simple assault issued following an alleged altercation with a family member on March 23.
Police say Vaskelionis was spot by an officer driving on Hillside Terrace who recognized her as someone they had a warrant on for, on a charge that she had assaulted a member of her family the day before.

When she was stopped she was arrested on the warrant as well as on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Vaskelionis was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in court on March 28 to answer to the charge.
She turned herself in to police on March 27, however, after she allegedly violated her bail conditions just a day after she was arrested.

Police say they were contacted after Vaskelionis allegedly returned on March 25 to the home of the person she is said to have assaulted. One of the conditions of her bail prohibited her from doing that.
She was charged with breach of bail and held on $3,000 cash bail until she could be arraigned on March 28.
