Police: Woman Found in Possession of Unpaid Items at Outlets
The following arrest information was provided by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Nashua woman was charged on Nov. 3 with willful concealment when police were called to the Merrimack Premium Outlets for a woman acting suspiciously in Claire's Boutique.
Police say when they arrived at the jewelry store, they found Julie Cook-Murtaugh, 40, of 6 1/2 Hall Ave., Nashua, to have several items in her purse and on her body that had not been paid for and had tags removed. She was arrested and released on $500 personal recognizance bail.
She is scheduled to appear Merrimack district court on Nov. 27 to answer to the charges.

Also arrested in the last week:
Jeremy D’aust, 18, of 11 Loop Road, Merrimack, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol on Nov. 5.

Police say they stopped to check on a subject walking on Daniel Webster Highway just after midnight. The officer encountered D'aust and as a result of a conversation and then a short investigation, found the 18-year-old to be in possession of alcohol and marijuana. D'aust was arrested and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Merrimack district court on Nov. 27
Joanne Leblanc, 58, of 2-6 Galloway Road, Merrimack, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor in the area of 534 Daniel Webster Highway on Nov. 3. Police were called for a report of an erratic operator. The officer stopped her for lane violations and while speaking to here observed signs of impairment. Leblanc was arrested and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled to appear in Merrimack district court on on Nov. 27.
