Percocet Parking Lot Drug Sale Leads to 3 Arrests
Merrimack police said the arrest came after a lengthy investigation into drug sales at the condo complex in town.
Merrimack police have arrested three people in connection with the alleged sale of the prescription drug Percocet in the parking lot of a condominium complex in town.
Police said Brad Hansford, 28, of 1 Maple Ridge #107 in Merrimack, was charged with sale of a controlled drug – Percocet.
Police officers, who got a tip of drug sales at the complex, said they observed Hansford selling a quantity of the narcotic prescription drug to Nicole St. Pierre, 28, of 21 Larch St., Manchester, and to Michael Graydon, 28, of 85 Stark Highway, North Dunbarton. St. Pierre was charged with conspiracy to acts prohibited, while Graydon was charged with conspiracy to acts prohibited and possession of a narcotic drug.
The arrest came after a lengthy investigation into reports of drug sales in the Maple Ridge complex, according to Merrimack police. The investigation led to several people, including Hansford, police said.
Hansford and Graydon are scheduled to be in court on April 15, while St. Pierre is due in court April 17 to answer to the charge against her.
