Police, Public Works Wage Friendly Food Drive Competition
Help the Police Department "Protect and Serve Dinner" or the Public Works Department "Build a Bridge over Hunger."

It's the kind of competition where, in the end, everybody wins.
Merrimack Police and Merrimack Public Works Department announced at the end of last week they are kicking of a little friendly competition to see who can drive the most food donations between now and Jan. 1.
The Merrimack Police Department for several years has conducted food drives to support the local food pantries during the busy holiday season.
This year, the Department of Public Works issued a challenge to see who could collect more donated goods to help the charities that help our local families in need!
Beginning Nov. 1, drop box locations will be available at the Police
Station, at 31 Baboosic Lake Road, and the Department of Public Works, at 80 Turkey Hill Road.
The public is invited to drop donated goods at either location of your choosing, but most of all both agencies are urging the community to help those in need this holiday season.
The choice is yours: Badges or hard hats!
