Police: Woman Caught on Camera Using Stolen Credit Card

Merrimack Police say they arrested at 28 year old woman last week on theft charges after she was caught on security camera using someone else's credit card.

Jillian Buss, 28, of Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen, turned herself in to police on Aug. 2 on a warrant for theft by unauthorized taking.

Buss' arrest stems from a July 14 report from a resident that she had received a call on July 12 from her credit card company indicating suspicious charges on her credit card.

During the course of the investigation, police were able to obtain footage of Buss using the stolen credit. 

Buss was arrested and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment before the 9th Circuit Court, District Division in Merrimack on Aug. 19.
