Two Indicted on Drug-Related Charges
Merrimack man charged with possession of heroin following conviction of possession of a controlled drug in May.

The Hillsborough County Superior Court South handed up indictments for January last week. Among those who are facing charges are:
- Seamus Reilly, 22, of 24 Fairway Drive, was indicted on a charge of possession of a narcotic drug, a second offense, which is a class A felony. According to court documents, Reilly was found in possession of heroin in Nashua on Nov. 12. He was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack district court on May 8. Reilly faces 7 1/2 to 15 years in prison and up to $50,000 in fines.
- Amber Girouard, 27, of 17 Amherst Road, Merrimack, was indicted, court documents say, for being in possession of a car where she knew marijuana was illegally kept. The class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to 12 months in jail and up to a $2,000 fine.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt but rather a grand jury's decision that there is enough evidence to support moving the case toward trial.
