Two Merrimack convenience stores were cited for violations by the State Liquor Commission after failing tobacco compliance checks in September.

According to a commission report, EZ Stop, 715A DW Highway, Merrimack, and Z1 Express, Peachtree Lane, Merrimack, each sold tobacco products to underage buyers during a Sept. 7 compliance check.
