WATCH: Merrimack Library Trustees React to Earthquake

The ground shook at 7:12 p.m. on Tuesday and Merrimack TV caught it on video.

While some people who'd never felt an earthquake before Tuesday evening were surprised by the shaking and rumbling, it hardly phased the Merrimack Library Trustees who were holding a meeting at the Town Hall.

The earthquake was caught on video while Merrimack TV was filming the meeting.

You can hear a little bit of a rumble before someone says, "That feels like an earthquake."

There is agreement and then trustee Barbara Tucker asks "That was an earthquake? ... Or the heating system?"

"I've never in my life had an earthquake before," Tucker says after her co-trustees confirm it was an earthquake.
