Woman Arrested After Anonymous Tip to Police
Police say a caller alerted them to a woman driving while deemed an habitual offender.

An anonymous tip led to the arrest last week of a Merrimack woman who police say has been deemed an habitual offender but was behind the wheel anyhow.
Amanda Rogers, 30, of 86 Wire Road, Merrimack, was stopped in her driveway on April 9 after an officer spotted her driving on Wire Road. Shortly before, police say an anonymous caller tipped them off to Rogers being behind the wheel. A records search determined her license had been suspended in 2010 after a hearing in which she'd been certified as an habitual offender.
She was arrested on the felony-level charge and transported to Merrimack Police Department where she was processed and then transported to Valley Stree Jail, held on $2,000 cash bail.
