Woman Arrested for Assault, Criminal Mischief
The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
A domestic altercation report on Thursday resulted in the arrest of a 54-year-old woman, police say.
Constance Stillman, 54, no address provided, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic criminal mischief in the incident on on Lamson Drive.
Police say they were called to a residence at 6:09 p.m. for a domestic altercation and through interviews with those present and evidence collection, they arrested Stillman.

She was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and was ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Jan. 15.
