Heat Advisory Continues Today

Keep those fans and air conditioners running folks. The National Weather Service has announced another Heat Advisory from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. today. Temperatures are expected to reach 97 degrees in Milford today.

The Wadleigh Library is open as a cooling center from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. today.

There are also risks of isolated strong to severe thunderstorms today and a greater risk for severe weather tomorrow, according to the Milford Fire Department.
