Troopers Arrest Four Mass. Residents During Holiday Weekend

Troopers report 10 arrests in two days over holiday weekend.

The following arrest information was supplied by NH State Police Troop B. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Nov. 29

No arrests reported.

Saturday, Nov. 30

1 a.m. - Brian Lavoie, 25 of Deering, arrested in Deering and charged with receiving stolen property.

5:00 p.m. -
 Corey High, 24, of Merrimack, arrested in Bedford and charged with conduct after an accident.

5:45 p.m. - Jeff Healey, 60, of Weare, arrested in Deering and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

7:29 p.m. - Paightlin Bergeron, 20, of Keene, arrested in Londonderry on an electronic bench warrant.

10:38 p.m. - Nicole Carter, 42, of Lawrence, MA, taken into protective custody in Merrimack.

10:38 p.m. - Johna MacKinnon, 51, of Lawrence, MA,  arrested in Merrimack and charged with driving while intoxicated (subsequent).

Sunday, Dec. 1

12:30 a.m. 
- Darryl Lindsay, 30, of Roxbury, MA, arrested on an electronic bench warrant in Nashua.

1:50 a.m. - Jason Welch, 40, of Andover, MA, arrested in Derry and charged with driving while intoxicated.

8:40 a.m. - Jeremy Franzen, 35, of Manchester, arrested on an electronic bench warrant in Manchester.
