Milford Arrest Log: Assault, Driving Charges

The following are from the Milford Police Department's arrest log from July 22 to July 29. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Morgan M. Anderson, 26, of 26 Melendy Road, Milford, charged with simple assault July 22 and has an Aug. 21 court date.

• Jeffrey A. Holmes, 50, of 529 Nashua St., Apt. 25, Milford, charged with driving after revocation or suspension and drivers license prohibitions July 23 and has an Aug. 21 court date.

• Luis E. Toledo, 31, of 912 Mason Road, Wilton, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief (vandalism) July 23 and has an Aug. 21 court date.

• Sarah Elizabeth White, 26, of 504 Nashua St., Apt. 703, Milford, charged with willful concealment or shoplifting July 24 and has an Aug. 21 court date.

• Rodney Luke Neider, 46, of 19 Oakwood Circle, Milford, charged with domestic disturbance, simple assault and resisting arrest or detention July 26 and has an Aug. 21 court date.

• Diana E. Silva, 28, of 29 Beaver Lane, Bedford, charged with simple assault July 27 and has an Aug. 21 court date.

• John Francis Mossey, 48, of 95 Crosby St., Milford, charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while  intoxicated (second offense) July 27.
