Milford Fugitive from Justice to Face Sexual Assault Charges
He will face a court in Massachusetts.
A Milford man is set to face a Massachusetts court on charges that he sexually assaulted a child in 2001 after he waived extradition proceedings this week, according to the Nashua Telegraph.
Russell W. Schofield, 25, of 39 Valhalla Drive waived the proceedings on Sept. 23 in district court.
