Milford Intersections Make List of Worst in State

NHDOT is working on fixing the accident problem on at least one of them.

Two intersections in Milford are on the NHDOT list of the worst rural intersections in the state, according to The Union Leader.

These Route 101/Wilton Road and Phelan Road/Old Wilton Road intersections had the most injury-producing crashes above the statistical expectations in 2011.

NHDOT statistics show that there were 30,861 New Hampshire crashes in 2011, which was actually a drop from previous years.
