The Milford Planning Board is hosting an Open House on Tuesday, July 23rd at 6:30PM in the Milford Town Hall Auditorium, 1 Union Square, Milford, to solicit community input about the development of a new comprehensive “Neighborhood Overlay District.”
The objective of the new regulation is to ensure that Milford continues to offer a variety of housing options that meet the needs of the community from entry level to aging-in-place, promotes the sense of community character and economic vitality of our Town, and supports specific livability considerations including conservation, open space, individual mobility and transportation.
