Milford Planning Board Meets Tonight
The board has one new item of business on the agenda: Milford Center Trust.

The Milford Planning Board is scheduled to meet Tuesday, Nov. 20, for a public hearing on a site plan for Milford Center Trust at 206 Elm St.
The Elm Street plan is to redevelop an existing residential house into a commercial office. The Fieldstone Land Consultants application includes a request for a waiver from development regulations in connection with landscaping, noting the property will be similar to its surroundings.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Board of Selectmen's meeting room.

The site, which would have the proposed parking area behind the building, is in a commercial "C" zoning district.
Milford town planning staff finds no significant issues with the plan as presented, according to documents. Although, if the board is considering granting conditional approval, staff recommends certain items be addressed first, including having the handicap parking space meet town development regulations (that the space be 10- by 20- feet).
