• Richard J. Delier Jr., 50, of 91 Amherst St., Milford, charged with simple assault July 17 and has an Aug. 19 court date.

• Miquela P. Caswell, 22, of 5 Berry Court, Apt. #5C, Milford, charged with domestic disturbance and disorderly conduct July 17 and has an Aug. 19 court date.

• David J. Lewis, 36, of 811 Mason Road, Wilton, charged with reckless operation and speeding July 19 and has an Aug. 21 court date.

• Anthony Caperci, 48, of 8 Derby Circle, Nashua, charged with endangering welfare of a child/incompetent July 19 and has an Aug. 21 court date on the charge.

• Christian P. Trombley, 24, of 179 Center Road, Lyndeborough, taken into protective custody for alleged alcoholism and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs July 20. He has an Aug. 21 court date.

• Michael A. Bracani, 32, of 15 Powers St., Apt. #27, Milford, charged with default or breach of bail conditions, tampering with witnesses and informants (obstructing), criminal liability for the conduct of another, stalking and criminal solicitation to commit July 21 and he has an Aug. 21 court date.

• Lindsay C. Bolton, 25, of 139 Union Square, Apt. 1, Milford, charged with driving after revocation or suspension July 21 and has an Aug. 21 court date.

• Christopher L. Baptiste, 23, of 315 Union St., Apt. 2, Manchester, charged July 21 with possession of a controlled/narcotic drug with intent to distribute.
