New Animal Hospital Offering FREE Microchipping

Nobody wants to see a lost pet without their loving home, and this includes a new animal hospital in town.

The Nashua Animal Hospital at Amherst recently opened its doors in the former location of The Rugged Bear. To celebrate, they are offering free microchipping during a special event at their new facility.

Pet owners can stop by on Saturday, April 14 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Second chances are also available for those who cannot make it. 

The tiny microchips are implanted with a unique number that can be entered into a datatbase that includes the name and contact information of the owner. This accelerates the task of returning a lost pet to its home.
